The Regular Warranty

Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty and any instrument purchased directly from us receives a 45-day no-risk return policy. Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it. Full warranty details can be found here.

Lifetime Plus

Lifetime PLUS extends this to 3 years. In addition to the warranty extension, with the purchase of Eastwood Plus you'll also receive: Trade-up Credits Lifetime PLUS extended warranty allows the owner to trade-up their registered instrument for a new instrument within the 3-year warranty period. They will get 80% of the original purchase price credited towards the regular retail price of their new purchase. (Does not combine with discounts) 

Lifetime Prime

Lifetime PRIME customers will get 100% of the original purchase price credited towards the regular retail price of their new purchase (does not combine with discounts) within the 5-year warranty period. All trade-up instruments must be in working condition with minimal wear and tear from normal usage. Eastwood reserves the right to reject any instrument that it deems to be in not working condition and are unable to refurbish for resale.

Tune-ups

Lifetime PLUS and Lifetime PRIME extended warranties allow the owner to have their instrument professionally setup directly from Eastwood Guitars within their respective warranty period. This may include: new strings, fret dressing, truss rod and intonation adjustment, etc. All shipping and insurance expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
